Dr. Amaal Rashid Al Abrawi is a physician by profession, holds master in business administration from Strathclyde University, United Kingdom and a certification as Industrial Innovation Specialist. Her research interests involves the possible contribution of the natural resources of the sultanate into the national GDP while her career interest is around the sustainable commercialization of the natural resources from ideas to market.

Dr. Hussein Samh Al Masroori is an Associate Professor in the Department of Marine Science and Fisheries at Sultan Qaboos University. He holds a PhD in fisheries development and management. His research interests include exploitation methods & their impacts on marine environment, socio-economic aspects of the fisheries sector and fisheries management & sustainable development.

Aisha Salim Al Wahaibi is a researcher at the Centre of Excellence in Marine Biotechnology at SQU. She holds PhD in Marine Microbiology and Biotechnology from Newcastle University, UK. And B.Sc. and M.Sc. from College of Agriculture & Marine Sciences, SQU, Sultanate of Oman.

Dr. Omar Al-Jabri is an assistant professor and expert in economics and business, holding a PhD in Regional and Rural Business Management from the University of Queensland, Australia. He holds a master’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Rural Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Technology from Sultan Qaboos University, Oman.
