  Palm-MDF is an emerging company working in the field of recycling palm residues to manufacture particleboards using natural adhesives such as Gum Arabic and Cordia myxa gum. The idea of ​​the project was launched in September 2019 through participation in the Manafa’a program organized by the Oman Animal and Plant Genetic Resources Center. Then the idea was developed, and prototypes were produced during the incubation period of the project by the Innovation and Technology Transfer Center at Sultan Qaboos University.
